Request account and data deletion
- Email mminh.lequang.dev@google.com with the subject “FastShip account deletion request”.
- State whether you use FastShip, FastShip Driver or both, and provide the email address or phone number linked to the account.
- Say whether you want to delete the whole account and associated personal data, or particular data only.
You can send this request without signing in or reinstalling the app. In the customer app, Settings → Request account deletion opens these instructions. Do not include your password, OTP or payment-card details. The email button opens your mail app; you must send the message to submit a request. If no mail app is configured, use the address above in your email service.
What happens next
The controller may request proportionate identity verification, then assesses and handles erasure of account/profile data and associated personal data where no legal basis for retention remains. This is a request process, not immediate automatic deletion. We ordinarily respond within one month; where GDPR permits an extension of up to two additional months, we explain it within the first month.
Records that may need to be retained
Accounting records covered by Hungarian Act C of 2000, Section 169, must be retained for at least eight years. Data needed for an unresolved transaction or specific legal claim may be kept for the necessary applicable period. We explain any retained categories, grounds and period in our response. Retention is not extended indiscriminately to every location point or profile field. Provider and backup deletion schedules can differ, as described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling or logging out does not delete server data.
