1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FastShip platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
FastShip is a food delivery marketplace connecting customers with local restaurants. We facilitate ordering and delivery but are not responsible for food preparation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed prices plus applicable delivery fees. Prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement or before the restaurant begins preparation. After this window, cancellation may not be possible.
